Easter at Granny's

I had a great Easter Weekend.

I played with my cousin, Haley.


We had a sleepover.


I had dinner with my family, including my cousin Jerheme.



Then we hunted Easter eggs.




I found lots of eggs! They had money in them!


Then I chilled in my car and watched the big kids hunt eggs.

And after the hunt, I got to put on my shorts and flip my hat so I was stylin'


I had a great time at Granny and Pop's house.

Yay Easter Eggs!

I had my first Easter egg hunt at my school today. It was fun.



I found a lot of eggs.

My eggs had cool prizes in them. Like this Koosh egg.


Then I chilled with the Easter bunny for a while and ate some cookies.


Most kids were afraid of the Easter bunny, but not me, I thought he was cool!


Can't wait to do this again next weekend at Granny's!

My first haircut

Well, Mommy said it was time to cut my LONG hair. I didn't know what she meant by that, but I was up for the road trip. We went to this really neat place where they do kid's only haircuts.

I liked playing with the toys while we waited.



Then it was time for my haircut. They had these neat chairs that were like cars. I had a taxi cab.


This really nice lady started cutting my hair and I wasn't too sure about it.


I decided I didn't really like having my haircut.


I threw a fit.


Look at this face...and they still made me get the haircut!


But overall, I survived. Now my hair is not in my face anymore.



But I don't think I'm going to go back!

Shiner

Well, as you can see from the posts below, I'm walking. Yesterday I was walking and I tripped over my sippy cup and pegged the coffee table pretty good. Mommy was not home, but I think that's a good thing because she would have cried.

I'm fine. I have my first "shiner" I'll just tell people at daycare "you should see the other guy!"

Cruisin'

I've been doing lots of new stuff lately.


I've been cruising the streets in my birthday present from Mommy and Daddy. I love this thing!


I've been cruising around the house on my John Deere Buck from Mammaw and Pappaw.

But my favorite way to cruise lately has been on my own two feet! Check it out...I'm walking!

12th Month Recap...

Well, I've been pretty busy lately. Here's an update:


I went to my first "friend birthday party." It was for my friend Gage. It was at pump it up. I have never been to pump it up, but it is a really neat place!


I went down the big slide. Mommy said I was very brave, but between you and me, I really did not like it!


Mommy and Daddy took me to Kemah for the day. It was fun. We ate at the aquarium and rode the train and the ferris wheel!


Here I am on the ferris wheel. And not one of those wimpy kid ones either. It's a BIG ferris wheel!

On my last trip to V-town I got to see a horse for the first time. My Aunt Rhonda's horse is really cool!

It's My Birthday...

I had a great first birthday. I had a party with my Mimi and Pepaw in East Texas (see pictures in blog entry below) and then I had a party with Granny and Pop (and cousin Haley) in South Texas. Twice the cake and twice the presents! Here are some pics from my party in V-town!
