Zoo Trip

Mommy and her friend, Andrea, took us to the zoo this afternoon. They had a sneak preview of the new black bear exhibit for members today after the zoo closed. We had a great time. Here are a few snapshots.

That tiger looks hungry huh? :)

Bring On The Mud

I'm a boy....so I love mud! We were inside, so there was no actual mud, but we pretended. :)

We had fun in walking in Mommy and Daddy's shoes. :)

Sunny Sunday

It's hard to believe that less than two weeks ago it was snowing! This morning we walked to church in short sleeves and no jackets. Yay for warm weather! We Mitchell men were made for the outside. We have enjoyed a weekend outdoors.

My little brother, Mason, is getting so big! He usually wears a helmet, but Mommy took a picture of him helmet free so you could see his cute little head! He's almost 10 months old. Hard to believe! He is ALWAYS smiling.

Here we are before our warm walk to church this morning. Mommy says we're so handsome. :)

I hope you all have a great week!

Bring On The Bath Time

Bathtime is a high point of the Mitchell evening. And what's not fun about this?

I Heart Mommy

Monday was Valentine's Day. Mommy is MY Valentine. I shared her with Daddy and we both got her fun gifts!

Daddy's present

My present!

Mommy told me it was her favorite Valentine's Day! Mine too!

And The Party Continues!

Since my class party was cancelled due to our snow weekend (see below), we rescheduled the party for this past Friday. I was so excited!

All ready to go with my Buzz Lightyear 4 year old shirt!

The three year olds at Sunshine Friends (this is actually two classes, but they are all my friends!)

Happy Birthday song time.

Blowing out my candles next to my buddies, cousing Gaven and good friend, Collier.

My friends!

It was a great way to conclude my birthday celebration!

Happy Birthday To Me

Superbowl Sunday is my official birthday, but today we had my party. We had it at the indoor waterpark. How cool is that? It's not everyday that a February birthday party gets to happen at a water park.

I started off the day with a special delivery from Mammaw and Pappaw.

It even had rainbow popcorn. Mmmm...

Then it was off to the water park.

Here it is!

We started out in sweats

Cake time

Alien cupcakes to be exact.

Happy Birthday to Miles :)

Time for presents

The Green Lantern guy

Then it was time to get out of our sweats and into the water!

Mimi, Mason and Greer (a girl! Extremely rare in the Mitchell family) :)

Look at this place!

It was so fun!

Time for Daddy and I to hit the slides

I had a GREAT birthday!

Snow Day (Snow Weekend Really)!

It snowed again! Normally this would be excellent news, but this is my birthday weekend. So I was bummed that they cancelled school Friday because my class party was cancelled. Mommy says we will do it another day. I was more bummed that Granny and Pop couldn't come for their visit, but I know they'll come soon too. I still get to have my party with my cousins at the indoor waterpark this afternoon, so be on the lookout for pictures!
But...when life gives you snow...

Make snowballs!

We went to the farm to see the beautiful snow.

The pretty pier

Justice loved the snow!

Having fun at the farm.

Peek-a-boo!

Even though we didn't have my class party today, Mommy let me eat one of my green alien cupcakes. Yum!

Saturday morning I woke up and guess what? STILL snow! Very un-Texas like.

Max and I tried to find somewhere to ride all of our riding toys.

Snow sliding!

Man down- look he even lost his boot! (No Max's were injured in the making of this photo)

Snow angel time (Justice was really interested in why I was on the ground)

Snowman (this guys is bigger than me! Good job Daddy).

Mason stayed warm and toasty inside.

Not a bad way to spend your birthday weekend. Not every kid gets snow in Texas for his birthday!

Melt.My.Heart

Mom hijacked this blog briefly to say...Melt.My.Heart these guys are awesome.

Just Me and My Mommy

MLK was a holiday at my school and Mommy's work. But Daddy, Max and Mason had obligations. So-hooray I had Mommy all to myself! We went to the Discovery Science Place. This was my first trip. It was SO fun!

Look at this dinosaur!

I could explore caves...

See how big I'm getting...

Play with some great magnets...

And blocks.

One of the neatest things at this place was a REAL TV studio! I could be the cameraman

But come on, you know I'm made to be in FRONT of the camera! :)

My cooking segment.

I tried my hand at production.

But mostly I thought seeing myself on camera was pretty cool.

There was a whole room where you could drop golf balls down these ramps and roller coasters. I loved watching them roll around.

Then, it was time to head over to Hometown, U.S.A. Groceries anyone?

Finally, Mommy let me sit in the front seat of a real car!

I even got to pretend to work in an ambulance. Mommy wasn't a very good patient I tell you!

Look at all of these sweet babies for me to love on.

And there was a vet clinic. I was an Aggie Vet of course.

Time to call it a day.

What a NEAT place. I am ready to go back. I think Max will really like it here too!
