Gig 'Em

You might be thinking I'm saying Gig 'Em because Johnny Football is the first freshman ever to win the Heisman...and you'd be partially right.  But I'm also saying Gig 'Em because this year we got to go to our first Fightin' Texas Aggie football game.  AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA (apparently I'm not allowed to whoop just yet).  We had a great time.

Here we are about to load up for the trip.  Mimi and Pepaw kept the littles since they're not quite ready for gameday.

Our first stop- Freebirds. One word: YUM. Burritos are delicious.
And we liked putting up our foil baseball and baseball bat on the brick wall.

Then we headed to campus.  We walked through the MSC and saw all kinds of great stuff. Then we headed over to watch the Corps march in.  Mommy and Daddy put us up on their shoulders so we could get a good view.

After a while, the crowd thinned out a bit and we were able to snag front row seats.  We were so impressed by the swords and boots.

Then we headed to Kyle Field.  We had great seats in the shade and beautiful weather.

We went to the game with our good friends, the Bunts.  Here we are with Cullen and Grayson.

and here's Mommy with Mrs. Leslie.  Mommy really wanted her shirt! :)

The Aggies beat Sam Houston State, and we had a great first Aggie game.  Here's to many more from Miles (Class of 2024) and Max (Class of 2026).
