Visit to Mimi and Pepaw's

I went to visit Mimi and Pepaw this weekend while Mommy and Daddy went to Nashville for the Country Music Marathon. I had a great visit.

Here I am with all of my cousins. Can you believe we are ALL boys? I like it!

Cayden holding Max. He LOVES me and Max (and we are pretty fond of him too!)

Daddy and Garrett.

Daddy, Gaven, Garrett and Me.

Hugging on Gaven.

Garrett and Cayden hamming it up for the camera.
Playing outside with the boys. I can run and run forever here (well, as far as Mommy will let me go anyway!)
Gaven playing frisbee.
Getting into things with Gaven.
Gaven's ready to play baseball.

Garrett took me and Gaven for rides on the four wheeler.
I never wanted to get off!
Playing a mean game of baseball.

Mommy and Aunt Fallon finished the Half Marathon too!

Thanks for letting me stay with you this weekend Mimi and Pepaw. I had a blast!

5 Month Update

Okay, I've got on Daddy's shoes and Mommy's hat and I'm ready to go run errands. Before I head out, I wanted to give you an update on the lil' bro. Max is 5 months old and doing lots of fun stuff. He's rolling...scooting...and trying to sit up. This week he found his feet and really likes to eat them. He's very attached to Daddy and smiles pretty much every time he sees him. He loves bath time and hates nap time. Who can blame him? Here are some pictures....

Easter 2009

Another Easter has come and gone. I had a lot of fun this year. First we had an egg hunt at our church. Then I went down to Victoria to Granny and Pop's house for Easter.

Here's Max and I with the Easter bunny. Hey, we're both looking at the camera and neither of us is screaming...mission accomplished.

Sharing an egg with my friend, Luke.

Hunting with Faith.

I really liked looking at the water from this big rock!

Then it was on to Granny and Pop's for the Easter egg hunt. We did a family lunch on Easter Sunday with a big crowd, but I was the only grandkid this trip so I had the whole yard to myself for hunting! I guess Max was there too, but he's not exactly mobile!

Pop getting down my Easter basket. The Easter bunny left them in the tree.

Looking for my treasures.
Sidewalk chalk!

More goodies.

I had a good time at Easter. ~Miles

Off to the fair

There's really nothing like people watching at the fair. Mommy and Daddy took me to the Montgomery County Fair today. I got to watch the rodeo, watch the steer show, go to a petting zoo, and ride rides. I also had cupcakes to celebrate cousin Morgan's birthday. It was so fun!

Daddy and I are ready to tackle the rides.

Here are some of the horses at the rodeo.

Watching the rodeo.

Time to go for a ride. All of the rides were for kids 36" tall. I'm 34.5, but I tipped my hat up and walked by the size line really fast. :) At first I was a little scared, but I REALLY wanted to ride the choo choo so Daddy rode with me.

Then it was time to take a break to have the birthday celebration.

There's the birthday girl.

Mmmmm....cupcakes!

Then Mommy and I went down this HUGE slide. I wasn't scared at all. Mommy carried me all the way up these stairs.

Here we go!

What a ride! I went on this one twice, but then Mommy was too wiped out to climb the stairs again. :)

After the slide, I figured I was big enough to ride the rides all by myself. I rode these cars a few times.

Then I rode the military cars

And of course the choo choo!

Max napped through my rides.

Then it was time for the petting zoo. There were LOTS of cool animals. Not just your regular goats. Look at this deer.

And a donkey...

I still liked the goats of course.

"Quack Quack"

And a sweet little cow.

Our last visit was to see Elsie the cow and Beauregard

I had a great time at the fair.
