It's Like I Went Back In Time...

...to a place that I thought was cool, but I wouldn't wan to live there! We went to the dinosaur exhibit at the Witte Museum. It was pretty neat! You could make the dinosaurs roar and move!

Doesn't it look like that dinosaur is about to eat Mommy's head?

Here we could dig for fossils.

Max just liked to kick up the sand

Look, every now and then we even manage to get a picture with Mommy in it!

The Witte Museum had lots more cool stuff in addition to the dinosaurs. Here's a REAL buffalo!

And we got to play in this tree house kid area that was so cool!

Max liked making Daddy pull him up in this chair.

I found puppets!

This should not shock anyone...Max found drums! :)

I joined in on the drum action.

Check out this tree house! Can you find us?

Yep, here we are!

They also had this cool waterworks exhibit where we could do fun stuff with water.

Mommy, Mason and Maxer.

The Witte is pretty awesome!

I Had Them Eating Out of My Hand

In San Antonio, we went to the Natural Bridge Wildlife Park. I went here last year and was really looking forward to going back (except I did NOT want to feed an ostrich!!!)

Mason woke up happy and we knew it was going to be a good day!

Of course, Mommy had to take a picture!

Before we headed out to see the animals, I had to give Mason some kisses.

I like him!

But now lets get back to the animals. So, you could feed them right out of your window!! Mommy even traded seats with me so I could have the best view.

Look, here's the infamous ostrich! They're so mean that I made Daddy roll up the windows when we saw one. This one is pecking on the window!

Mommy tried to talk big and tell me they weren't scary. She even attempted to feed one to prove it. Then she realized, I was right, they ARE scary!

Donkeys...much less scary!

Llamas were also sweet

This one was really sweet!

Mason just chilled for the ride. He is such a mellow baby.

After we had a potty break (which involved a wardrobe change), we got ICEE's! Yummy!

Max says "I'm having THIS much fun!"

Hellooooo zebra!

He just came in and helped himself.

I had so much fun feeding the animals. Maybe next year we can come back and I can show Mason how to do it!

I Heart Zoos

If you tune in to my blog much, you will know that I love going to the zoo. So the San Antonio zoo was a must on our trip and it did not disappoint!

We are such a big family now that we cannot even all fit in one stroller! I love these brothers!

Max and the fish

There were lots of places to play in this zoo.

And boy did we run!

You could also feed the lories. Mom and Dad thought I might be scared of them, but I wasn't scared at all!

Max usually scared them away ha ha!

Lots of animals to see!

What a fun day at the zoo!

We even got to go on a real train ride. Now that was fun!

After a morning out in the heat, we cooled off at the hotel pool.

Just wait until you see what we did next!

San Antonio Stroll

Since we were in New Braunfels for Miss Molly's wedding, we decided to spend some time in nearby San Antonio. It was fun and HOT! Good thing we're from south Texas and we love the heat!

We ate dinner at one of Mommy's favorite San Antonio spots, Mi Tierra's. I got to see all of my New Jersey familia who stayed over after the wedding.

I played on the riverwalk with some of my cousins before they headed home.

We even took a riverboat tour. Mommy said she has been to San Antonio lots of times, but even she had never been on one of these boats!

Max was having a good time!

And Mason did a lot of this....he was a trooper though!

Sooo much went on that I have to break it up over a few posts...stay tuned!

Molly's Wedding

I'm a bit behind in blogging folks. We have been fitting in last minute travels before our big move to East Texas! I will try to catch you up with a few posts.

This is Molly. Isn't she beautiful? She married Brent (because she wouldn't wait for me and we're related, but I digress...). We went to her wonderful wedding in New Braunfels.

I made lots of friends....and a girl friend! ;)

There were yummy snacks (don't worry, my girlfriend was digging my chocolate face)

I would like Kerbie to marry me, but we're related too. Why are all the good ones my cousins?

Max was his usual cute mess-making self!

We danced the afternoon away and had a great time. Thanks for inviting us Molly!
