Blackberry Pickers

Yesterday we went to pick blackberries at a friend of Mommy's farm. It was H-O-T, but we got to eat and pick so it was okay.

Mommy had to snap our picture before we headed out. She said we looked so handsome that she couldnt' resist.

This is where we went. Indian Creek Farm.

And we're off...

I showed Maxer how to do it.

Mommy's friend, Andrea, and her daughter Ryn joined us.

Max's berry.

Mine.

Daddy and Mason.

Mason liked hanging out with Daddy because Daddy fed him blackberries.

Mommy's usually behind the camera, but we got a pic of her too!

Here's Mason charming Andrea.

Daddy and Maxer were the last ones out of the blackberry patch.

Cooling off.

Weighing our loot.

Hanging up our buckets.

After some hard work picking berries, we headed to Mercado's for dinnery. Yummy.

Ryn ate salsa with a spoon. ha ha ha

Mason wore as much beans and rice as he ate.

Our berries.

What a fun outing.

Granny & Pop Head East

Daddy played in a golf tournament this weekend (in fact, he is still playing) so Granny & Pop came up to see us and lend a hand to Mommy. We had a great time.

Off to the doughnut store.

Mason loving the sugar.

Looking for motorcycles.

We played our last t-ball games this weekend (actually, there may be one more tournament, we'll see). Here is our team picture.

Part of my cheering section.

watch out!

Loyal fans.

Getting some love from Uncle Toby.

Look at our medals.

Lounging on Pop.

This morning we went to breakfast at the Edom Bakery.

Picking out post-breakfast desserts.

Then we beat the heat in the pool.

We love to climb on Pop.

Thanks Granny & Pop. What a fun weekend!

Go Fish

We spent Memorial Day weekend in Port O'Connor. This is Mommy's favorite place, and it is quickly also topping my list.

We started off the weekend with a boat ride to Sunday Beach.

Max conned Daddy into carrying him across to the surf.

Daddy and I looking for sand dollars.

After we left the beach, I worked on my fishing. I practiced by trying to catch Justin G.

Then I practiced from the pic-nic table.

Maxer and I went to the boat dock and caught some real fish!

We had good help.

Look at this pretty guy.

Some of his friends tried to take the fish right off my hook!

We used Granny & Pop's phones a lot.

Mommy, Daddy, and the crew caught lots of fish.

After a weekend of fishing, we headed to Granny & Pop's for some swimming.

Mason's first pool experience.

I think he liked it.

Testing out the slide.

We had fun in the bouncy house too.

Taking a rest.

Happy Memorial Day!
